What this author read was...This is butterdezillion. What this author read was not the affidavit I filed. What this author read was the letter that I faxed to the Congress members - and all but my own elected officials did put it in the circular file, because I'm not in their state or district. The fax contained a link to my affidavit, in which I clearly spelled out the supporting information and documentation. It would have been better if I had used the word "indirectly"; the difficulty with a one-page limit is that some stuff has to be left out. I tried to get too much into one page and the result was confusion on the part of those who read what I wrote.

The officer was Officer Flood. He has since been told that he not only can't investigate (which we knew would be the case from the outset) but he also cannot forward the case to the NE AG. No reason given. No questions welcome.

I reported the case to the AG's office. They sent it on to the SOS, as if SOS was law enforcement. Par for the course, after the AG's office had earlier lied to me about not being able to take criminal complaints directly from the public (as Officer Flood confirmed was a lie).

IOW, politics trumps the rule of law. As long as you're a politician (or a politician's lawyer) you can get away with crime. And that is precisely why America is in the mess we're in.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
