Could Obama get license in N.J.? - Letter to Editor

Could Obama get license in N.J.?

To the Editor:

Regarding the letter, "Case has merit" (Dec. 11): Yes, but would Obama be able to renew his driver's license if he lived here in New Jersey?

I was born and have lived here in the U.S. all my life (71 years; am an active duty, four-year veteran; was 10 years a NASA photographer at the space center at Cape Canaveral, Fla.; had total access to all of the areas, and possessed a U.S. government Secret clearance).

However; in order to renew my N.J. driver's license, I presented what I always thought was my "original" birth certificate, dated and issued by the hospital I was born in, with an embossed stamp certification from the hospital, and original signatures of all concerned, and not a copy. I have been using this birth certificate, or sometimes copies of it, all of my life.

Yet, I and countless others were/are turned away every day for not presenting an "original" birth certificate. Needless to say, I had to contact the state I was born in, pay a price, and have them send me a "real" birth certificate to renew my New Jersey driver's license.

The bottom line seems to be that: My original birth certificate was not good enough to renew my New Jersey driver's license. However, it would be good enough to become president of the United States.

  1. EASY WAY TO MAKE SURE OBAMA NEVER GETS INAUGURATED (READ CAREFULLY):–

Since the Supreme Court has now prevented itself from acknowledging the question of whether Barack H. Obama is or is not an Article II “natural born citizen” based on the Kenyan/British citizenship of Barack Obama’s father at the time of his birth (irrespective of whether Barack Obama is deemed a “citizen” born in Hawaii or otherwise) as a prerequisite to qualifying to serve as President of the United States under the Constitution — the Court having done so three times and counting, first before the Nov 4 general election and twice before the Dec 15 vote of the College of Electors — it would seem appropriate, if not necessary, for all Executive Branch departments and agencies to secure advance formal advice from the United States Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel as to how to respond to expected inquiries from federal employees who are pledged to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States” as to whether they are governed by laws, regulations, orders and directives issued under Mr. Obama during such periods that said employees, by the weight of existing legal authority and prior to a decision by the Supreme Court, believe in good faith that Mr. Obama is not an Article II “natural born citizen”.

  2. Obama has not presented his birth certificate. The one on his website is a forgery and it is acertificate of birth. It does not have the dr.'s names or the hopital. There is a lot of information that is not on there and Obama has sealed his records.
