The U.S.
Energy Department now admits that
a lab leak is the likely origin of COVID-19. However, anyone who suggested the
lab leak theory during the height of the pandemic was censored and accused of
spreading misinformation. Big Tech was so closely tied to the CDC and NIH that government agencies
were able to control the narrative on several COVID-related issues. Together,
social media and government agencies silenced health-based inquiry and
opposition and promoted what later turned out to be false narratives. During
the pandemic, Americans had no freedom of information or freedom of speech,
which is rooted in freedom of thought. Without freedom of thought or
information, we cannot discover the truth. Americans should learn from this and
push back against one-sided narratives and overreaching governmental actions.
