It is noteworthy that it has been over a year and a half since I first began to write about the Citizens Grand Jury Process and Original Jurisdiction in the Supreme Court of cases against Barrack Hussein Obama and, to date, BHO's lawyers have never been able to refute my Constitutional Theories.

The precedent for getting standing and bringing a case directly to the United States Supreme Court upon Original Jurisdiction is the landmark case of Marbury v. Madison 5 U.S. (1 Crunch) 137, 2 L.Ed. 60 (1803). As succinctly stated by Chief Justice Marshall in Marbury, "If a persons duty is backed by law and not by political in nature, then he becomes subject of the law and is examinable by the court."

Article III, Section 2 of the United States Constitution states, "In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction."

Marbury was a case involving a minor public minister. The case against Barrack Hussein Obama involves all "Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls" of the United States and of all foreign nations with diplomatic status with the United States. Furthermore, the case against Barrack Hussein Obama involves all States of the United States as parties.

As in Marbury, We the People shall prosecute our cases against Barrack Hussein Obama petitioning the United States Supreme Court for a Writ of Mandamus compelling Barrack Hussein Obama to abide by the Constitutional Contract that he entered into with We the People on January 20, 2009 and uphold his Oath to abide by the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution of the United States of America.

It is stated in United States v. Butterworth, 18 S. Ct. 441, 169 U.S. 600 at 602 (1898),
"The office of a writ of mandamus is to compel the performance of a duty resting upon the person to whom the writ is sent. That duty may have originated in one way or in another. It may, as alleged in the present case, have arisen from the acceptance of an office which has imposed the duty upon its incumbent. But no matter out of what fact or relations the duty has grown, what the law requires, and what it seeks to enforce by a writ of mandamus, is the personal obligation of the individual to whom it addresses the writ."

Following much good faith research regarding the issue of original jurisdiction in the Supreme Court of the United States, We the People have found no cases in the history of jurisprudence of the United States of America wherein a Defendant disputed the Constitutional fact that the Supreme Court of the United States has original jurisdiction over "all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls" as plainly stated in the Constitution of the United States, Article III, Section 2.

That being the case, "We the People" respectfully request that the Barack Hussein Obama stipulate to the fact that the Supreme Court of the United States has original jurisdiction over all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls; or, in the alternative, that Barack Hussein Obama show good cause why the Supreme Court of the United States shall not have original jurisdiction

These 12 Simple Steps are the way Patriots can use our Bill of Rights to keep control of the Government and to Clean up Corruption in government:

1) Advertise and Promote the Fact that you are forming a Grand Jury in Blogs, Local Newspapers and Community Organizations.

2) Form the Grand Jury and select a Foreman.

3) Select a Private Attorney General to make Presentments to Grand Jury, if local DA refuses to make presentments.

4) Select a convenient Meeting Place.

5) Communicate with all Citizens who have criminal information to present.

6) Schedule presentments by said Citizens.

7) Subpoena documents from Government Offices and Officials.

8) Schedule presentment of said Documents to Grand Jury by Grand Jury Attorney General.

9) Have Grand Jury Attorney General present said Documents to Grand Jury.

10) After investigation and deliberation is completed, vote and issue a True Bill (Indictment) or No True Bill.

11) Announce all Indictments to the Press and schedule News Conferences in front of your local Court House.

12) Serve the Indictment on the Judiciary at Court House News Conferences for the Issuance of Arrest Warrants.

The children's fairytale, "The Emperor's New Clothes" powerfully reveals how societal groupthink and our natural human instincts combine to inhibit individuals from addressing uncomfortable topics. The moral of this children's fable is simple: Observing the obvious and then speaking the obvious, albeit simple in theory, oftentimes requires courage. Our default state of being is comfort or better yet, the avoidance of conflict.


In today's politically charged atmosphere, observing and speaking the obvious can be difficult and is often met with rage. Observations of truth are neither pro-Republican nor anti-Democrat. Truth is truth. No political party or politician is, has been or ever will be pure. America's national heritage and future greatness rests in truth, honesty, soundness of principles, and the recognition of inalienable, God given, individual liberties. These profound truths have and will define us like no other nation in history. Abandonment of these profound truths will lead to our demise.


Barrack Obama took office twenty months ago and today our country is raging. Youth unemployment is now 39%, home foreclosures, small businesses and personal bankruptcies rest at all time highs. Citizen hatred is being nationally stoked based on skin color, economic status, political ideology and religious beliefs. Government spending, political corruption, and unsustainable indebtedness are rising, and illegal immigrants are pouring into our society without restraint. Our Constitution is being perverted, twisted, gamed or ignored by those controlling the levers of federal power.


The very people responsible for speeding America to the brink of total collapse are proud, "on the record" America haters. They have published books, organized communities, overtaken mass media, infected classrooms, linked arms with international enemies of capitalism, bombed U.S. federal buildings, spewed hatred from church pulpits, funded terrorist flotillas and collectively plotted the overthrow of "Imperial America" in numerous published manuscripts. These very people are in our government today and actively advising President Obama. We are in the midst of the promised fundamental transformation. All societal ills are simply explained away as "failures of capitalism" and then exploited to rationalize the necessity to take further control over more personal freedoms.


To contrast America's Founding Fathers with Obama's Circle of Mentors could not possibly provide a more stark and frightening comparison of good vs. evil. Recognition of a loving God, individual liberty, personal freedom, limited government and self-determination on the one hand. Disdain for religion, collective rights, group identification, oppressive government rule and socialist redistribution of property based on victimhood status or "human rights" on the other hand. Even a young child can easily recognize the extreme differences between these ideologically opposite worldviews.


The elephant in America's living room can no longer be ignored. Neighbors must speak with neighbors. Pastors must speak with worshipers. Families must reunite. American history must be reintroduced to our society. We can no longer allow ourselves to be "re-educated," intimidated, belittled, threatened, deceived or divided by political elites, snobbish media activists or academic pinheads claiming their intellectual superiority trumps our God given common sense.


Our President represents a global movement that believes America is inherently racist, globally imperialistic, exploits workers, destroys Mother Earth and exists without enlightened rulers properly educated to micro-govern every detail of our society. Godless Marxists, atheists, socialists and global America haters defined and continue to influence our President's core beliefs and actions. These truths are without dispute. Rage if you must. Facts are facts.


Today's version of "The Emperor's New Clothes" is simple and frightening but most be spoken aloud.

Does anyone read the U.S. Constitution these days? American lawyers don’t read it. Federal Judge Susan R. Bolton apparently has never read it. Same goes for our illustrious Attorney General Eric Holder. But this lawyer has read it and she is going to show you something in Our Constitution which is as plain as the nose on your face.

Article III, Sec. 2, clause 2 says:
In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction.

Dr. Ron Polland found an article from the online self proclaimed "fact checkers" SNOPES.com in an April 21, 2008 article published by SNOPES saying ... Barack Obama born in Kenya ... can be proven by hospital documents and witnesses ... Obama is not a legitimate U.S. Citizen.



This was back in time over 2 years ago when SNOPES.com was on Hillary Clinton's side in their coverage during the Democratic Party primary campaign and was not actively engaged in covering up and playing tag team partner with FactCheck.org and other sites who are now active protecting and covering up Obama's lies about his nativity narrative like they are now with their so called "fact check" articles. What evidence did SNOPES.com have in April 2008, or access to people with evidence, and when exactly did they learn it and from whom ... in the way of hospital documents and witnesses saying Obama was born in Kenya ... such that they could state that it will take time to prove it but "Obama is not a legitimate U.S. Citizen" and "He has Citizenship established in Kenya, where he is recorded as an Arab-American"? Are they now at this time committing misprision of a felony by not revealing these hospital documents and naming the witnesses and the sources that proved to SNOPES.com their statement that "Obama is not a legitimate U.S. Citizen" as reported in their article on April 21, 2008, and that "Barack Obama born in Kenya" ?
