Seals Reveal Truth About
Bin Laden Raid
Osama Bin Laden was killed within 90 seconds of the US Navy Seals landing in his compound and not after a protracted gun battle, according to the first account by the men who carried out the raid. The operation was so clinical that only 12 bullets were fired.
The Seals have spoken out because they were angered at the version given by politicians, which they see as portraying them as cold-blooded murderers on a kill mission. They were also shocked that President Barack 0bama announced Bin Laden’s death on television the same evening, rendering useless much of the intelligence they had seized.
Chuck Pfarrer, commander of Seal Team 6, which conducted the operation, has interviewed many of those who took part for a book, Seal Target Geronimo, to be published in the US this week.
The Seals own accounts differ from the White House version, which gave the impression that Bin Laden was killed at the end of the operation rather than in its opening seconds. Pfarrer insists Bin Laden would have been captured had he surrendered.
There isn’t a politician in the world who could resist trying to take credit for getting Bin Laden but it devalued the intelligence and gave time for every other Al-Qaeda leader to scurry to another bolthole, said Pfarrer. The men who did this and their valorous act deserve better.
It’s a pretty shabby way to treat these guys. The first hint of the mission came in January last year when the team’s commanding officer was called to a meeting at the headquarters of joint special operations command. The meeting was held in a soundproof bunker three stories below ground with his boss, Admiral William McRaven, and a CIA officer.
They told him a walled compound in Pakistan had been under surveillance for a couple of weeks. They were certain a high-value individual was inside and needed a plan to present to the president. It had to be someone important. So is this Bert or Ernie? he asked.
The Seals nicknames for Bin Laden and his deputy Ayman al-Zawahiri are a reference to two Muppets in Sesame Street, one tall and thin and the other short and fat. We have a voice print, said the CIA officer, and were 60% or 70% certain it’s our guy. McRaven added that a reconnaissance satellite had measured the targets shadow. Over 6ft tall.
When McRaven added they would use Ghost Hawk helicopters, the team leader had no doubt. These are the most classified, sophisticated stealth helicopters ever developed, said Pfarrer. They are kept in locked hangars and fly so quiet we call it whisper mode.
Over the next couple of months a plan was hatched. A mock-up of the compound was built at Tall Pines, an army facility in a national forest somewhere in the eastern US.
Four reconnaissance satellites were placed in orbit over the compound, sending back video and communications intercepts. A tall figure seen walking up and down was named the Pacer.
Obama gave finally gave the go-ahead after Valerie Jarret had vetoed it 3 times and Seal Team 6, known as the Jedi, was deployed to Afghanistan. The White House cancelled plans to provide air cover using jet fighters, fearing this might endanger relations with Pakistan.
Sending in the Ghost Hawks without air cover was considered too risky so the Seals had to use older Stealth Hawks. A Prowler electronic warfare aircraft from the carrier USS Carl Vinson was used to jam Pakistan’s radar and create decoy targets.
Operation Neptune’s Spear was initially planned for April 30 but bad weather delayed it until May 1, a moonless night. The commandos flew on two Stealth Hawks, codenamed Razor 1 and 2, followed by two Chinooks five minutes behind, known as Command Bird and the gun platform. On board, each Seal was clad in body amour and night vision goggles and equipped with laser targets, radios and sawn-off M4 rifles. They were expecting up to 30 people in the main house, including Bin Laden and three of his wives, two sons, Khalid and Hamza, his courier, Abu Ahmed al- Kuwaiti, four bodyguards and a number of children. At 56 minutes past midnight the compound came into sight and the code Palm Beach signaled three minutes to landing. Razor 1 hovered above the main house, a three-story building where Bin Laden lived on the top floor. Twelve Seals roped the 5ft-6ft down onto the roof and then jumped to a third-floor patio, where they kicked in the windows and entered.
The first person the Seals encountered was a terrified woman, Bin Laden’s third wife, Khaira, who ran into the hall. Blinded by a searing white strobe light they shone at her, she stumbled back. A Seal grabbed her by the arm and threw her to the floor. Bin Laden’s bedroom was along a short hall. The door opened; he popped out and then slammed the door shut. Geronimo, Geronimo, Geronimo, radioed one Seal, meaning eyes on target. At the same time lights came on from the floor below and Bin Laden’s son Khalid came running up the stairs towards the Seals. He was shot dead.
Two Seals kicked in Bin Laden’s door. The room, they later recalled, smelt like old clothing, like a guest bedroom in a grandmother’s house. Inside was the Al-Qaeda leader and his youngest wife, Amal, who was screaming as he pushed her in front of him. No, no, don’t do this! she shouted as her husband reached across the king-size bed for his AK-47 assault rifle. The Seals reacted instantly, firing in the same second. One round thudded into the mattress. The other, aimed at Bin Laden’s head, grazed Amal in the calf. As his hand reached for the gun, they each fired again: one shot hit his breastbone, the other his skull, killing him instantly and blowing out the back of his head.
Meanwhile Razor 2 was heading for the guesthouse, a low, shoebox-like building, where Bin Laden’s courier, Kuwaiti, and his brother lived. As the helicopter neared, a door opened and two figures appeared, one waving an AK-47. This was Kuwaiti. In the moonless night he could see nothing and lifted his rifle, spraying bullets wildly.
He did not see the Stealth Hawk. On board someone shouted, Bust him!, and a sniper fired two shots. Kuwaiti was killed, as was the person behind him, who turned out to be his wife. Also on board were a CIA agent, a Pakistani-American who would act as interpreter, and a sniffer dog called Karo, wearing dog body armor and goggles.
Within two minutes the Seals from Razor 2 had cleared the guesthouse and removed the women and children. They then ran to the main house and entered from the ground floor, checking the rooms. One of Bin Laden’s bodyguards was waiting with his AK-47. The Seals shot him twice and he toppled over.
Five minutes into the operation the command Chinook landed outside the compound, disgorging the commanding officer and more men. They blasted through the compound wall and rushed in. The commander made his way to the third floor, where Bin Laden’s body lay on the floor face up. Photographs were taken, and the commander called on his satellite phone to headquarters with the words: Geronimo Echo KIA - Bin Laden enemy killed in action.
This was the first time the White House knew he was dead and it was probably 20 minutes into the raid, said Pfarrer. A sample of Bin Laden’s DNA was taken and the body was bagged. They kept his rifle. It is now mounted on the wall of their team room at their headquarters in Virginia Beach, Virginia, alongside photographs of a dozen colleagues killed in action in the past 20 years.
At this point things started to go wrong. Razor 1 took off but the top secret green unit that controls the electronics failed. The aircraft went into a spin and crashed tail-first into the compound… The Seals were alarmed, thinking it had been shot down, and several rushed to the wreckage. The crew climbed out, shaken but unharmed.
The commanding officer ordered them to destroy Razor 2, to remove the green unit, and to smash the avionics. They then laid explosive charges.
They loaded Bin Laden’s body onto the Chinook along with the cache of intelligence in plastic bin bags and headed toward the USS Carl Vinson. As they flew off they blew up Razor 2. The whole operation had taken 38 minutes.
The following morning White House officials announced that the helicopter had crashed as it arrived, forcing the Seals to abandon plans to enter from the roof. A photograph of the situation room showed a shocked Hillary Clinton, the secretary of state, with her hand to her mouth.
Why did they get it so wrong? What they were watching was live video but it was shot from 20,000 feet by a drone circling overhead and relayed in real time to the White House and Leon Panetta, the CIA director, in Langley.
The Seals were not wearing helmet cameras, and those watching in Washington had no idea what was happening inside the buildings.
They don’t understand our terminology, so when someone said the insertion helicopter has crashed, they assumed it meant on entry, said Pfarrer.
What infuriated the Seals, according to Pfarrer, was the description of the raid as a kill mission. "I’ve been a Seal for 30 years and I never heard the words 'kill mission'", he said.

August 19, 2012 (TPATH) - Considering the Marxists, Islamists, Progressives, leftists and Communists that Obama has appointed during his first term of usurping the Presidency, would it not seem prudent for the House of Representatives, in control of the Republicans, to work harder at preventing more of that?
If you answered yes, you would be wrong. In fact, the Republican House has once again has shown why the Tea Party is the only entity in this country that cares about the Constitution.
The "Presidential Appointment Efficiency and Streamlining Act", passed by the Senate and the House is not only unconstitutional, but in the hands of Obama, its very dangerous.
The last we looked, it took an amendment to change the US Constitution. But alas, not so, according to just about every Democrat and 95 Republicans. For 200 years the President of the United States needed consent from the Senate for key government appointees. Thanks to Republicans, not anymore.
Before we go further TPATH wants to thank both Scott Garret andLeonard Lance for going against the Speaker and voting for America. Both of these NJ Representatives voted no.
It might be noted that it is becoming more and more clear whyRunyon was rejected by Tea Party groups in South Jersey and it has also become abundantly clear why Chris Smith has also had the same effect on Central Jersey organizations. Both of these men voted with the Democrats to allow Obama to appoint anyone he wants, to many very key government positions without the approval of the Senate as required by the Constitution.

2008, against Democratic Party presidential nominee Senator Barack Obama,
the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission, alleging
that Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya and that the
"Certification of Live Birth" on Obama's website is a
forgery. The main value of what is being done is to expose the corruption
of “Obama” and his enablers, and publicize it as widely as possible. Your
help is needed for the latter, since the media and officials want this news
buried deeply. Keep up the good work with emails, forums and web sites.
In spite of all of the efforts to crush the ineligibility issue, it is very
much alive and thriving, and there are still many legal cases that are
active. A clear victory for the birthers!

Because of the unresponsiveness of the ruling
elite to the ineligibility issue, the national consciousness has become aware
that the media, the courts, and the politicians are corrupt beyond
redemption. A paradigm shift is happening. The national political
perception is no longer one political party against the other, but the ruling
elite vs. the citizens. Have you read the Declaration of Independence recently?
Many of the complaints our founding fathers voiced against the tyranny of King
George are now being seen as present in the tyranny of the political and media ruling elite against today’s
citizens. That is a victory of awareness. Another clear Victory!

Millions of dollars have been spent by Obama
and the Democratic Party to keep secrets from the citizens, stamp out the
ineligibility movement, and defend against lawsuits. If it were not for
the ineligibility movement, all that money would be available to help reelect
Obama. The courageous patriots of the first American Revolution were
mostly volunteers and were a small force compared to the British Empire.
They knew that attacking the enemy’s resources was often a more effective
tactic than attacking their army. Likewise the ineligibility movement has
been very effective in depleting Obama’s resources. In the Korean War the
F-86 Sabre Jet had a ten to one kill ratio over the MIGs. Dollar for
dollar, the ineligibility movement has a higher kill ratio than the F-86.
For every dollar we spend, they spend thousands. This is an economic
victory. Keep that in mind when making contributions to Florida Ballot
Challenge. To my thinking, contributing to the ineligibility movement is
the most efficient dollar value for a patriotic contribution. Every
dollar you send us takes thousands of dollars out of Obama’s corrupt treasure
chest. This is again a clear Victory!

Many of the national
opinion polls show that a large segment of the citizens still have questions
about Obama’s questionable history, and they still want answers! In a July
2012 poll 45% of the general public and 69% of Republicans have
doubts about Obama’s birthplace. Many voters have been influenced away
from voting for Obama because of the obvious cover up of Obama’s past.
Just type these search words into Google and see for yourself: obama
eligible poll. The ineligibility movement has educated the voters
beyond the circumstances of Obama’s birth and the citizenship of his
father. Now people are aware that Obama’s history of education, medical
history, travel and passport history, the history of his parent’s marriage and
divorce, adoption records, the records of the Illinois bar, Illinois
State Senate records, his
beliefs, past associates, personal behavior and many other mysteries still
remain unresolved. The uncertainty created by Obama’s cover up will
significantly affect voting outcome. Most presidential elections are
decided by a very narrow margin. Given that about half the American people are
uncertain about Obama’s history, the 2012 vote will be more influenced by the
ineligibility movement than any demographic group. That is a victory of
the “think for themselves” citizens over the ambiguous cover ups
offered by the ruling elite! Yet another clear victory for the birthers!

have a question for my readers. If the ineligibility movement was not
scoring significant victories why would the Democratic Party and Obama’s
supporters be trying so hard to silence the issue? Why not encourage the
legal establishment to rule on the evidence and the law, rather than avoiding
the facts? Why not encourage the Supreme Court to rule, rather than
evade? Why not encourage a public open discussion of the ineligibility
issue? Why not have public debates on national television? Why not
release the many documents that reveal Obama’s history? Why not give
millions of citizens the information they want? Or, why not simply ignore it? Why
indeed? I know why. The “birthers” are winning and Obama can’t
afford to give them any more ammunition!

intelligence picture are uniting. The time is up, says the united
nuclear picture. The sanctions may be wreaking havoc on the Iranian economy,
but the Iranian nuclear program is nearing its destination. Within about a year
Iran will be capable of becoming a nuclear power.
The New York Times called on
Israel this week to conduct a responsible discourse on the Iranian issue. The
New York Times is right. But the Israelis are entitled to turn to the Americans
now and demand the same thing. At this point the American discourse about the
Iranian nuclear issue is not sincere, courageous and responsible enough. The
American political system and part of the American media are not grappling
sincerely and thoroughly with the Shi'ite nuclearization and its significance.
The post-traumas of
Afghanistan, Iraq and the economic crisis have prevented America from taking a
hard straight look at Natanz' centrifuges and Fordow's underground bunker.
America has not fully comprehended Iran. Nor has it mobilized all its resources
to stop Iran.
The American failure is
tragic. Already a decade ago it should have understood that as a superpower its
greatest challenge was to pave a third way, which would spare us all from the
terrible dilemma of bombing or facing the bomb. Already five years ago
Washington should have understood that its duty was to impose paralyzing
sanctions on Iran, seal it hermetically in a closure and wave an intimidating
military cudgel at it.
But America didn't
understand because it was immersed in other painful matters. Its inaction can
be explained, but cannot be denied. In all that concerns Iran, the United
States did too little, too late and without sufficient determination.
The Obama administration has
in fact done quite a bit in recent years. It led the campaign to impose
sanctions, acted vigorously in the cyber realm and prepared a substantial
military option. But all these moves did not involve paying a single political
dollar. Nor were they accompanied by preparing public opinion for an economic
or military confrontation that would exact casualties. Obama did a lot more
than George Bush, but did less than necessary. He did not deter the Iranians or
stop them, and has not been successful in facing them so far.
The dramatic report now
lying on the desk of the commander-in-chief of the United States Armed Forces
is expected to make it clear to him that the hour of truth has come.
Regrettably, the decisive test did not wait until after the November election
but has appeared now. It is the U.S. president's full prerogative to decide
that the Iranian nuclearization does not justify war. It is his full
prerogative to tell Turkey, Israel, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf emirates that he
chooses a policy of containment and acceptance. But it is not the president's
prerogative to deceive his allies and conceal the truth from his own people.
Obama must make it known
right away if he is ready to stop Iran forcibly in 2013. He must state whether,
when all hope is gone and all the diplomatic moves have been exhausted, he will
stop the Iranian bomb with an American bombing.

Egypt's "full transition
to civilian rule," long sought by the Obama administration, has finally
come to fruition. But it is neither liberal nor democratic.
On Sunday, having purged top
military officials, Muslim Brotherhood veteran and new President Mohammed Morsi
issued a sweeping constitutional declaration. It grants him complete executive
and legislative power, plus the authority to select the writers of Egypt's new
constitution. Eighteen months after Hosni Mubarak's ouster, Egypt has a new
dictator—and the way in which Mr. Morsi grabbed power says much about what he
will do with it.
These moves follow an attack
last week in the notoriously unstable Sinai peninsula, where militants killed
16 Egyptian soldiers, stole a military vehicle, and attempted to breach
Israel's borders. The incident gave Mr. Morsi an excuse to sack the security
officials who posed the greatest threat to his domestic authority—particularly
the leaders of Egypt's now-defunct military junta, which in June had issued its
own constitutional declaration limiting the newly elected president's powers.
More important, Mr. Morsi used
the Sinai crisis to assume the powers that the junta had undemocratically
asserted for itself in a March 2011 constitutional declaration. He thus claimed
unprecedented executive power, including complete authority over legislation,
public budgets, foreign affairs, pardons, and political and military
appointments.
Mr. Morsi's declaration also
gives him the power to select a new assembly for writing Egypt's constitution.
And since the new constitution must be approved by popular referendum before
new parliamentary elections can be held, Mr. Morsi can intervene in the
constitution-writing process to delay legislative elections—and thereby remain
Egypt's sole legislator—indefinitely.
Based on the evidence to date,
Egypt's president will use his expanded power to advance the Muslim
Brotherhood's radically intolerant domestic agenda.
Consider the editors he
appointed to lead Egypt's two largest state-run newspapers. The new editor of
Al-Ahram is an old Mubarak regime hack who called last year's uprising
"foreign funded" and lost his column in 2010 for writing
anti-Christian articles. The new editor of Gomhoriya shut down a conference on
religious freedoms in 2008 and called for the murder of a well-known Bahai activist
in 2009. The new editor of Al-Akhbar recently censored an article that
criticized the Brotherhood.
Meanwhile, Mr. Morsi's newly
appointed defense minister, Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, admitted that the military
had subjected female activists to "virginity tests" in its brutal
crackdown on Tahrir Square protests in March 2011. In its first major move
against dissenters, the Morsi regime this month began prosecuting the editor of
Al-Dustour, a private daily, for "harming the president through phrases
and wording punishable by law."
While the consequences of Mr.
Morsi's power grab are primarily being felt domestically, this is unlikely to
last. His recent actions suggest that he will soon turn his attention to
Egyptian foreign policy, steering it in a direction decidedly hostile to U.S.
interests.
His constitutional declaration
empowers him to do just that. His amendments to last year's interim
constitution give him the authority to sign—and presumably abrogate—treaties.
Although many expected that de facto foreign-policy power would remain with the
generals, Mr. Morsi's quick reshuffling of the military leadership has brought
the armed forces under his command.
Then there are his overtures to
adversaries of the West. In a mere six weeks as president, Mr. Morsi has hosted
top-level Hamas delegations twice and, despite the flow of militants from Gaza
into Sinai, promised to keep open the Rafah border crossing. Last week he
welcomed Iran's vice president and was invited to attend the Non-Aligned
Movement's upcoming meeting in Tehran.
If he does, he'd be the first
Egyptian head of state to visit Iran since the 1979 revolution. Accompanying
him could be his new chief of staff, Mohamed Rifaat al-Tahtawi, a former
ambassador to Libya and Iran who has declared Israel to be Egypt's "main
threat," praised Syria as "a fundamental pillar of the resistance
camp [against] Israel," and called for closer relations with Iran and
Hamas.
Many Washington analysts
believe that Mr. Morsi won't make any major foreign-policy moves, such as
revoking Egypt's peace treaty with Israel. They take his verbal assurances at
face value and reason that he won't rock the boat at the very moment that he
needs international investment to boost Egypt's ailing economy.
But this same logic once
dictated that he wouldn't rush to challenge Egypt's generals. After all, he sat
smiling next to Egypt's top military officer (now fired) at military events,
and Washington observers widely assumed that the Brotherhood would be content
to focus on Islamizing domestic policy while leaving national-security matters
to the military.
Mr. Morsi's modus operandi, it
turns out, isn't accommodating or gradual. And now that he has declared
extensive powers for himself, the only way to prevent him from moving swiftly
against American interests is by pushing back immediately.
Rather than touting him as a democratically
elected leader—as the Obama administration has frequently done—Washington
should denounce his power grab and insist that he demonstrate his commitment to
democratic rule with action or risk losing the international goodwill that
followed his election. Failing to do so will enable him to continue building
his power domestically without paying a price abroad. And that raises the
likelihood of another—much more damaging—Sunday surprise.

As millions of my fellow Americans, I am extremely angry, outraged, and devastated by the Democrats' unbelievable arrogance and disdain for We The People. Despite our screaming "no" from the rooftops, they forced ObamaCare down our throats. Please forgive me for using the following crude saying, but it is very appropriate to describe what has happened. "Don't urinate on me and tell me it's raining."
Democrats say that their mission is to give all Americans health care. The Democrats are lying. Signing ObamaCare into law against our will and the Constitution is tyranny and step one of their hideous goal of having as many Americans as possible dependent on government, thus controlling our lives and fulfilling Obama's promise to fundamentally transform America.
I keep asking myself: How did our government move so far from the normal procedures of getting things done? Could a white president have so successfully pulled off shredding the Constitution to further his agenda? I think not.
Ironically, proving that America is completely the opposite of the evil, racist country they relentlessly accuse her of being, progressives used America's goodness, guilt, and sense of fair play against her. In their quest to destroy America as we know it, progressives borrowed a brilliant scheme from Greek mythology. They offered America a modern-day Trojan Horse, a beautifully crafted, golden, shiny new black man as a presidential candidate. Democrat Joe Biden lauded Obama as the first clean and articulate African-American candidate. Democrat Harry Reid said that Obama uses a black dialect only when he wants to.
White America relished the opportunity to vote for a black man, naïvely believing that they would never suffer the pain of being called racist again. Black Americans viewed casting their vote for Obama as the ultimate Affirmative Action for America's sins of the past.
Then there were the entitlement loser voters who said, "I'm votin' for the black dude who promises to take from those rich SOBs and give to me."
Just as the deceived Trojans dragged the beautifully crafted Trojan Horse into Troy as a symbol of their victory, deceived Americans embraced the progressives' young, handsome, articulate, and so-called moderate black presidential candidate as a symbol of their liberation from accusations of being a racist nation. Also like the Trojan Horse, Obama was filled with the enemy hiding inside.
Sunday, March 21, 2010, a secret door opened in Obama, the shiny golden black man. A raging army of Democrats charged out. Without mercy, they began their vicious, bloody slaughter of every value, freedom, and institution we Americans hold dear, launching the end of America as we know it.
Wielding swords of votes reeking with the putrid odor of backdoor deals, the Democrats landed a severe blow to America and individual rights by passing ObamaCare.
The mainstream liberal media has been relentlessly badgering the Tea Party movement with accusations of racism. Because I am a black Tea Party patriot, I am bombarded with interviewers asking me the same veiled question: "Why are you siding with these white racists against America's first African-American president?" I defend my fellow patriots who are white, stating, "These patriots do not give a hoot about Obama's skin color. They simply love their country and oppose his radical agenda. Obama's race is not an issue."
Recently, I have come to believe that perhaps I am wrong about Obama's race not being an issue. In reality, Obama's presidency has everything to do with racism, but not from the Tea Party movement. Progressives and Obama have exploited his race from the rookie senator's virtually unchallenged presidential campaign to his unprecedented bullying of America into ObamaCare. Obama's race trumped all normal media scrutiny of him as a presidential candidate, and most recently, even the Constitution of the United States. ObamaCare forces all Americans to purchase health care, which is clearly unconstitutional.
No white president could get away with boldly and arrogantly thwarting the will of the American people and ignoring laws. President Clinton tried universal health care. Bush tried social security reform. The American people said "no" to both presidents' proposals, and that was the end of it. So how can Obama get away with giving the American people the finger? The answer: He is black.
The mainstream liberal media continues to portray all who oppose Obama in any way as racist. Despite a list of failed policies, overreaches into the private sector, violations of the Constitution, and planned, destructive pieces of legislation too numerous to mention in this article, many Americans are still fearful of criticizing our first black president. Incredible.
My fellow Americans, you must not continue to allow yourselves to be "played" and intimidated by Obama's race or the historical context of his presidency. If we are to save America, the greatest nation on the planet, then Obama's progressive agenda must be stopped.
