With each passing day, it becomes more evident that the United States is a “captured operation,” and has been taken over from within. At the epicenter of the tyrannical takeover is none other than Barack Hussein Obama, a man also known as Barry Soetoro. The terrifying yet largely unreported fact is that after two elections and nearly five years, we still do not know with certainty the legal name, true legal identity or status of the man holding the highest office in America. This issue was again brought to the forefront last month when Mike Zullo, lead investigator for the Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff’s Cold Case Posse tasked with looking into the Obama eligibility matter, held a public update regarding the status of their investigation. Mr. Zullo publicly confirmed the facts contained in an exclusive report published on August 4, 2009, by me and Canada Free Press founding editor Judi McLeod, when we jointly disclosed that a national talk show host stated that he was threatened with his career, “or worse,” should he talk about the issue of Barack Hussein Obama’s birth records to a national audience.Equally disturbing, and something that should concern everyone, is that anyone who continues to raise questions about Obama’s eligibility status or the authenticity of his long form birth certificate is either subjected to public ridicule or worse, threats to their safety. About three minutes into his public investigative update, Mr. Zullo stated: “I have been in contact with prominent media people, I cannot and will not disclose their identities that was the commitment I made. They fear for their jobs and some fear for their safety. There were threats made. There were people threatened with their occupations, losing their occupation if they continue this.” According to Mr. Zullo, the corporate media is intentionally refusing to address this matter, which also includes the issue of a demonstrably fraudulent federal document, Barack Hussein Obama’s long form birth certificate, being published on the official White House website. Mr. Zullo stated that his interim report of investigation is currently about 325 pages long with another 80 pages to be added shortly. He expects the final investigative report to be somewhere about 700-800 pages long, and will also include matters pertaining to Obama’s selective service registration and social security number controversies. Regarding the authenticity of the long form birth certificate posted on the White House website, detective Zullo described the document as “fatally flawed” and not a valid document at all. He stated that the identifying document purported by the White House to be a true copy of the original long form birth certificate is a manual creation by someone with planning and intent and contains proof of “human manipulation.” He also stated that the document “could not survive judicial scrutiny on any level,” adding that the creation or manipulation of a legal document is a felony. The image posted on the White House website of Obama’s purported long form birth certificate was also examined by Reed Hayes, a highly credentialed certified document examiner. Mr. Hayes concluded: “In over 20 years of examining documentation of various types, I have never seen a document that is so seriously questionable in so many respects. In my opinion, the birth certificate is entirely fabricated.” Threats and intimidation continue It’s been nearly four years since we were the first to report that high profile media personalities were threatened with their careers as well as their “safety” should they persist in talking about the legal identity and eligibility of the man known as Barack Hussein Obama. We provided the documentation to Detective Zullo and the Cold Case Posse immediately upon its formation. We are aware that the threats continue even today to those in positions to expose the greatest hoax and gravest threat ever perpetrated on America. Who is it that holds the most powerful position in America? What is the true, legal identity of the man who has “fundamentally changed” this country so much in such a short period of time, and is capable of changing it even more? Who is behind the face of power, and just who is setting the course of our country? These questions have yet to be satisfactorily answered. Soon, merely asking them will be made into a criminal act as our freedoms are continually eroded by a man whose identity remains in question. As the silence and the media blackout of this matter continues, all three branches of our government appear to have been captured by an enemy from within. The corporate media is complicit in keeping the American public in the dark about the truth behind the identity of the most powerful man in the world. It is clear that our elected officials have been compromised into silence, as well as our judiciary. We, however, will not be silenced, for it is the fate of our nation that is at stake. We must stand behind the investigative efforts of the Cold Case Posse, and continue to push for answers to the most troubling questions that have ever faced a nation. We have never been, nor will we now be intimidated into silence.

Obama fraud inching its way toward congressional investigation

WASHINGTON – Mike Zullo, the lead investigator with Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse, was in Washington D.C. again on Monday, meeting with several high ranking VIPs who arranged for the conference so Zullo could present the entire criminal case and answer questions regarding Obama's forged birth certificate.

During an exclusive interview, Carl Gallups of PPSIMMONS News reported Zullo’s attendance at CPAC 2013 and meeting with members of Congress earlier this year has “opened several very important doors that are leading this case closer and closer to a full blown congressional investigation.”

Zullo told Gallups, “Sheriff Arpaio is now pulling out all the stops. We are contacting and meeting with as many people as possible who can make a congressional investigation happen.”

According to Zullo, the investigation has been ongoing and the Cold Case Posse continues collecting evidence.

He said, “The further we go with this case the more we are convinced that the evidence we possess is hands-down solid.”

However, he cautioned, while they are closer now than they’ve ever been to a congressional investigation since they started two years ago, “These things are painstakingly slow – they take time.”

Zullo called the progress they’ve made since attending CPAC and meeting with VIPs on Capitol Hill a few months ago “astounding.”

The mainstream media that attended press conferences in Phoenix last year where Arpaio and Zullo presented the startling details of Obama’s fraudulently created birth certificate and Selective Service System registration had absolutely no interest in the facts presented.

Since that time, a forensic examination by Reed Hayes, a certified document analyst, has provided the Cold Case Posse with an affidavit stating the document is a 100 percent forgery.

Hayes has been used as expert witness by the Perkins Coie law firm, the same law firm Obama used to defend himself in a number of eligibility cases.

He is also a registered Democrat whose business is located in Hawaii.

According to Zullo, Hayes initially agreed to take just a cursory look at the birth certificate that was posted April 27, 2011 on the White House’s web site.

However, within the hour he contacted Zullo to say, “There’s something wrong with this.”

A few weeks later, Hayes presented Zullo with a detailed 40-page report of his findings.

He stated, “[I]t is clear that the Certificate of Live Birth I examined is not a scan of an original paper birth certificate, but a digitally manufactured document created by utilizing material from various sources. In over 20 years of examining documentation of various types, I have never seen a document that is so seriously questionable in so many respects. In my opinion, the birth certificate is entirely fabricated.”

And while the evidence of forgery and fraud has become irrefutable, an effective media campaign continues to discredit anyone who tries to work with Zullo on the case and labels anyone who questions the authenticity a conspiracy theorist and “birther.”

Hayes’ report, because it is now an affidavit belonging to the Cold Case Posse, cannot be retracted.

And, Zullo has copyrighted the report as a precaution against manipulation or misuse.
For example, Freedom’s Phoenix posted an article on June 21 by Mike Renzulli, who calls himself the “Oracle of Reason” that concluded by stating, “If the President is to be stopped it will be with the right ideas and not with stupid conspiracies speculating about whether or not he is a U.S. citizen (which he is).”

In referencing Zullo’s announcement that the Cold Case Posse possessed irrefutable evidence of forgery and was pursuing a congressional investigation into the fraudulently created document, Renzulli wrote, “If this wasn’t so ridiculous it would be laughable.”

However, Renzulli doesn’t present a scintilla of evidence or documentation to back up his claims or refute the Cold Case Posse’s rock solid evidence, which one can only assume he’s not taken the time to review.

Global warming debunked: NASA report verifies carbon dioxide actually cools atmosphere

(NaturalNews) Practically everything you have been told by the mainstream scientific community and the media about the alleged detriments of greenhouse gases, and particularly carbon dioxide, appears to be false, according to new data compiled by NASA's Langley Research Center. As it turns out, all those atmospheric greenhouse gases that Al Gore and all the other global warming hoaxers have long claimed are overheating and destroying our planet are actually cooling it, based on the latest evidence.

As reported by Principia Scientific International (PSI), Martin Mlynczak and his colleagues over at NASA tracked infrared emissions from the earth's upper atmosphere during and following a recent solar storm that took place between March 8-10. What they found was that the vast majority of energy released from the sun during this immense coronal mass ejection (CME) was reflected back up into space rather than deposited into earth's lower atmosphere.

The result was an overall cooling effect that completely contradicts claims made by NASA's own climatology division that greenhouse gases are a cause of global warming. As illustrated by data collected using Sounding of the Atmosphere using Broadband Emission Radiometry (SABER), both carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitric oxide (NO), which are abundant in the earth's upper atmosphere, greenhouse gases reflect heating energy rather than absorb it.

"Carbon dioxide and nitric oxide are natural thermostats," says James Russell from Hampton University, who was one of the lead investigators for the groundbreaking SABER study. "When the upper atmosphere (or 'thermosphere') heats up, these molecules try as hard as they can to shed that heat back into space."

According to the data, up to 95 percent of solar radiation is literally bounced back into space by both CO2 and NO in the upper atmosphere. Without these necessary elements, in other words, the earth would be capable of absorbing potentially devastating amounts of solar energy that would truly melt the polar ice caps and destroy the planet.

"The shock revelation starkly contradicts the core proposition of the so-called greenhouse gas theory which claims that more CO2 means more warming for our planet," write H. Schreuder and J. O'Sullivan for PSI. "[T]his compelling new NASA data disproves that notion and is a huge embarrassment for NASA's chief climatologist, Dr. James Hansen and his team over at NASA's GISS."

Dr. Hansen, of course, is an outspoken global warming activist who helped spark man-made climate change hysteria in the U.S. back in 1988. Just after the release of the new SABER study, however, Dr. Hansen conveniently retired from his career as a climatologist at NASA, and reportedly now plans to spend his time "on science," and on "drawing attention to [its] implications for young people."

Forensic findings on Obama’s birth certificate: ‘A 100 percent forgery, no doubt about it’

There is a problem with President Barack Obama’s long-form birth certificate: It’s a forgery, say multiple forensic experts who have examined it. A report detailing the evidence will soon be presented to Congress.

On April 27, 2011 the White House released Mr. Obama’s long-form birth certificate in an attempt to quell a public firestorm over the validity of the shorter version he provided prior to his 2008 election. A group of concerned citizens in Arizona suspected the Certificate of Live Birth produced in 2011 by the administration was fabricated; they asked Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County to investigate.

“We have obtained an affidavit from a certified document analyzer, Reed Hayes, that states the document is a 100 percent forgery, no doubt about it,” said Cold Case Posse Lead Investigator Lt. Mike Zullo in an exclusive interview with WorldTribune.

This is a key development, asserts Lt. Zullo, because Mr. Hayes is a certified handwriting analyst and forensic document examiner who worked repeatedly for Perkins Coie, a reputable law firm, and was deemed a dependable professional in their legal cases. Moreover, Perkins Coie has defended Mr. Obama in his legal jousts on the birth certificate matter over the past five years.

“Mr. Obama’s operatives cannot discredit him,” said Lt. Zullo. “Mr. Hayes has been used as the firm’s reliable expert. The very firm the president is using to defend him on the birth certificate case has used Mr. Hayes in their cases.” In addition, Mr. Hayes is a Democrat whose business is based in Hawaii. He cannot easily be accused of having a political axe to grind in this matter, explains Lt. Zullo.

Mr. Hayes initially agreed to simply take a cursory look at the document. Yet, within one hour, he called Lt. Zullo. “There is something wrong with this,” said Mr. Hayes.

A few weeks later, the expert, who has over 20 years of experience and has authored five books on his craft, presented a detailed 40-page report with a stark assessment: “…based on my observations and findings, it is clear that the Certificate of Live Birth I examined is not a scan of an original paper birth certificate, but a digitally manufactured document created by utilizing material from various sources,” writes Mr. Hayes. “In over 20 years of examining documentation of various types, I have never seen a document that is so seriously questionable in so many respects. In my opinion, the birth certificate is entirely fabricated,” states Mr. Hayes.

The report by Mr. Hayes is now an affidavit that belongs to the Cold Case Posse and cannot be retracted, regardless of any political or social pressure he encounters, explains Lt. Zullo.

“There has been a very effective media campaign to discredit anyone who tries to work with us,” said Lt. Zullo. “It is impossible to discuss this issue without being lambasted.”

Those who defend Mr. Obama say inquiries into the president’s birth certificate are based on conspiracy theories; these are “birthers,” they insist, who simply refuse to accept the credible evidence presented by Mr. Obama.

As a precaution against others misusing or manipulating Mr. Hayes’s report, Lt. Zullo has copyrighted it.

Mr. Hayes’s report has provided yet another certification — among a resounding 1,200 computer software tests undertaken by Lt. Zullo’s team — that demonstrates, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that the long-form birth certificate has been fabricated. Lt. Zullo appointed two reputable computer science professionals, working independently of one another, to examine the long-form birth certificate. Both experts confirmed the document is inauthentic.

“Somebody made this,” said Lt. Zullo, referring to the long-form birth certificate as a nine-layer, computer-generated PDF document. “Someone spent days doing this.”

“The recreation of an official document is a crime,” said Lt. Zullo. “Either there is no original birth certificate or there is something in the original that is being concealed.”

The Maricopa County Cold Case Posse consists of an all-volunteer unit of accomplished individuals with experience in criminal investigations and legal professionals working under the law enforcement authority and direction of Sheriff Arpaio.

Sheriff Arpaio asked Lt. Zullo in August, 2011 to quickly quell the concerns of about 250 citizens who asked for an investigation. Yet, to his dismay, Lt. Zullo was unable to do so, having concluded within five days of his work that the document was compromised. He has since traveled to eleven states in eleven months, relying on public donations, on a grueling campaign to gather information about the certificate.

He filed an affidavit on May 14, 2013 to the Supreme Court of Alabama chronicles much of the evidence he has compiled thus far. In particular, he depicts a two-day meeting of investigators, attorneys, and information technology professionals, including Mara Zebest, a nationally recognized computer expert.

“All in attendance agreed unanimously that the White House computer image .pdf file contained anomalies that were unexplainable unless the document had been fabricated piecemeal by human intervention, rather than being copied from a genuine paper document,” states the affidavit.

The Cold Case Posse has determined that the certificate of live birth the White House presented is not a photocopy of an original document but one that “was pieced together electronically from multiple sources,” according to the affidavit. The registrar’s signature stamp and date stamp are from different layers of the document and are imports from other sources.

“The fact that the stamps can be picked up and moved about the document leaving a white background…is evidence enough of tampering,” states the affidavit.

During our interview, Lt. Zullo narrated his encounter in Hawaii on May 21, 2012 with Deputy Attorney General Jill Nagamine, who after repeated questions, failed to confirm the document released by the president is the same as any that might exist in their records.

“If you make a copy of your driver’s license and alter it, is it still a copy?” asked Lt. Zullo. She did not directly answer the question, and instead replied: “But you still have a driver’s license.” She agreed to confirm only specific items on a list, not that the document the White House produced is identical to any in the Hawaii archives. This incident “sent all the alarm bells ringing,” said Lt. Zullo.

“If an official document is altered in any way, it must be stated that it is an amended version,” said Lt. Zullo. “Failure to do so is a crime.”

The Cold Case Posse continues to gather evidence. The current report, consisting of 300 pages and likely to balloon to 400, will soon be delivered to Congress.

“We can’t send it to the Department of Justice for obvious reasons,” said Lt. Zullo, referring to the lack of credibility of current Attorney General Eric Holder who has been embroiled in multiple scandals, and is accused by leading Republicans of lying to the American people.

“I am working on this 24/7,” said Lt. Zullo. He has endured long hours on the case, under intense pressure from Obama administration operatives and supporters who seek to discredit Lt. Zullo and anyone who cooperates with the investigation.

When I asked why he persists, he replied, in the terms of a devoted officer of the law:
“I know it’s a felony.”

“The entire United States has been defrauded by a document that is usually automatically issued to every person in America. This is a blatant manipulation. If President Obama can’t be honest about his birth certificate, he can’t be honest about anything,” Lt. Zullo said.

“The original ‘birther’ is President Barack Obama himself,” said former Deputy Sheriff of Florida County and current talk-show host Carl Gallups in an interview with WorldTribune.

“It was Barack Obama who said for 16 years, along with his publisher that he was ‘Kenyan born,’” said Mr. Gallups, referring to the promotional materials for Mr. Obama’s book by his literary agency Dystel & Goderich prior to his presidential election that referred to him as having been “born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia.” Mr. Obama’s bio was changed on the agency’s website in April, 2007, stating he was born in Hawaii. When Breitbart News broke this story, Miriam Goderich issued a press release stating that “a fact-checking error” occurred while she worked as an agency assistant. In other words, for sixteen years, the “error” had gone undetected.

Mr. Gallups, host of Freedom Friday, a pastor for 30 years, author of the Amazon best seller The Magic Man in the Sky, is now the premier media reporter covering the investigation. He has been given a unique position of trust and confidentiality in the case due to his extensive law enforcement background. Mr. Gallups also accompanied Lt. Zullo to CPAC and Capitol Hill earlier this year in order to present the evidence to politicians.

“Barack Obama has not been vetted,” said Mr. Gallups. “It is the responsibility of Congress to determine the eligibility of any candidate to hold office. The Senate examined whether Senator John McCain was qualified to run for president and concluded that he was. Yet, no one has done the same for Mr. Obama.”

Mr. Gallups explained that he, like most Americans who first hear about this, assume someone, somewhere has determined that a candidate running for office, especially the highest office in the land, has documents that have been thoroughly examined. “Yet, the procedure to run for office is for a political party to endorse a candidate,” said Mr. Gallups. “The Democratic National Committee determined that Mr. Obama was eligible. Once a party endorses a candidate, the individual states are not required to do any examination. The only other agency required to do the vetting is the Electoral College. But in this case, they did not do so either.”

“Everyone feared a public backlash of some kind,” explains Mr. Gallups of attempts to thoroughly vet Mr. Obama prior to 2008. Yet, based on his expert analysis as a former law enforcement officer, the long-form birth certificate document is indeed a fabrication.

“From the beginning, I have always said, as a law enforcement officer and patriot, if I can be proven wrong, I will back down, will declare my mistake and apologize.” He has issued numerous public challenges for anyone with credible evidence to come forward.

“This is not fun; it is not easy,” he said. “I have been marginalized and insulted simply for stating the truth of the matter. As a patriot, ex-cop, father and grandfather, I know what I know. Please prove me wrong. I will back away.”

Mr. Gallups echoes the sentiment of many who have looked at the evidence: initial dismissal, then shock, disbelief, an assumption that it is all a mistake that will quickly be debunked and then the horror of concluding that the certificate Mr. Obama has presented is fake.

What many in the media fail to grasp is that so-called “birthers” would rather be wrong than right. It is more upsetting for many of them to believe that this kind of crime can be committed than that it was not.

The difference between a conspiracy theory and a crime is that a conspiracy theory cannot stand against the test of forensic evidence. Those who dismiss this investigation as merely “kooky” must answer these questions: Are leading experts in their field who have provided their professional assessment to a criminal investigation merely to be ignored?

Why would these experts risk their reputation and also commit perjury? It is therefore kookier to disregard these assessments summarily than to view them with an unbiased eye.

The evidence currently being accumulated by the Cold Case Posse requires consideration. It is time for Congress to do its constitutional duty and examine all this hard evidence in the clear light of day.

Do you want to save the planet? Fire up the SUV this holiday weekend and go for a pleasure ride; burn some more coal in your barbecue grill; crank up the house’s AC; and, generally, aspire to a Paul Bunyan-size carbon footprint. Because according to astrobiologist Jack O’Malley-James speaking at the National Astronomy meeting at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, life on Earth will suffer a carbon-dioxide-related extinction. But contrary to popular-culture belief, the problem will be too little of the naturally occurring gas.

It probably won’t ruin any of your plans, as this fate awaits us nearly billion years down the geological road, but the process by which life may end is rather simple. The Daily Mail reports:

[A]s the Sun ages and grows hotter, greater evaporation and chemical reactions with rainwater will take away more and more carbon dioxide.

In less than a billion years, its levels will be too low for photosynthesising plants to survive, say scientists. When that happens, life as we know it on Earth will cease to exist.

With the loss of plants, herbivorous animals will also die out, as well as the carnivores that prey on them.

At this point microbes will rule the Earth, though their days in the sun — pun intended — will likewise end. As the sun grows even hotter, the oceans will evaporate, making the planet inhospitable to all but the sturdiest micro-organisms. “Any remaining life will be restricted to pockets of liquid water, perhaps at cooler, higher altitudes or in caves underground,” says O’Malley-James.

While it’s probably hard to forecast weather for 1,000,002,013 A.D., many experts have pointed out that CO2 needs to hire a PR team, misunderstood and maligned as it is by global-warming proponents. For instance, Mike Adams of Natural News asks, “If CO2 is so bad for the planet, why do greenhouses pay to produce it?” He then offers the answer:

CO2 is a plant NUTRIENT.

Nope, it's not a pollutant that threatens human civilization as has been ridiculously claimed by global warming doomsday pushers. CO2 actually increases plant yields, accelerates "re-greening" and improves reforestation of the planet. [Emphasis in original.]

In fact, Adams doesn’t mince words, stating:

The more you really examine the scientific truth about carbon dioxide rather than the politically-charged "hate speech" against Mother Nature being spewed by people like Al Gore, the more you realize CO2 is a crucial nutrient for the Earth's environment and ecosystem. In fact, the vast majority of all the CO2 released into the atmosphere is produced by Mother Nature via animals in the ocean.

Note here that carbon dioxide is to plants what oxygen is to man. People have reduced stamina and more trouble breathing at higher altitudes because there’s less oxygen in the air; likewise, decreased CO2 inhibits plant photosynthesis, which is why botanists pump the gas into their greenhouses. This is also one reason the age of the dinosaurs was marked by lush foliage blanketing the Earth: Carbon dioxide levels were 5 to 10 times those of today.

But while CO2’s affect on flora is well established, its influence on temperature is a different matter. In fact, some scientists believe increased carbon dioxide may actually cool the atmosphere. Writes Principia Scientific International:

A recent NASA report throws the space agency into conflict with its climatologists after new NASA measurements prove that carbon dioxide acts as a coolant in Earth's atmosphere.

NASA's Langley Research Center has collated data proving that “greenhouse gases” actually block up to 95 percent of harmful solar rays from reaching our planet, thus reducing the heating impact of the sun. The data was collected by Sounding of the Atmosphere using Broadband Emission Radiometry, (or SABER). SABER monitors infrared emissions from Earth’s upper atmosphere, in particular from carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitric oxide (NO), two substances thought to be playing a key role in the energy balance of air above our planet’s surface.

Whatever the effect of CO2 on climate, many experts also point out that the computer forecasting models predicting a steadily warming planet are belied by actual temperature records. Wrote the Daily Mail last year:

The world stopped getting warmer almost 16 years ago, according to new data released last week.

The figures, which have triggered debate among climate scientists, reveal that from the beginning of 1997 until August 2012, there was no discernible rise in aggregate global temperatures.

This means that the "plateau" or "pause" in global warming has now lasted for about the same time as the previous period when temperatures rose, 1980 to 1996. Before that, temperatures had been stable or declining for about 40 years.

So if the critics of Anthropogenic Global Warming theory are correct, the only man-made aspect of the matter is the data itself. Nonetheless, while it’s entirely possible the climate won’t be heating up anytime soon, the rhetoric surrounding it most surely will.

This may sound like propaganda because it sounds so far fetched.  It isn’t.  Check your own world almanac….
Radical Islam has spread a scourge of violence around the globe that otherwise simply wouldn’t exist.  It is time for the West to put an end to this horror.  The first step is to destroy Iran as the world leader of Islamic violence.
As long as Iran threatens the world with nuclear Islamic fundamentalism there is simply no way to quash the continuing outbreak of Islamic violence worldwide.  The Western democracies should crush the atavistic and xenophobic leader of this retreat from civilization.
If Iran is convincingly neutralized, it’s possible that the rest of the radical Islamic movements will realize that the way to accomplish their aspirations is through peaceful coexistence.  Otherwise the monomaniacal dream of global Islamic domination will continue to destabilize the world until an apocalyptic result ensues.
The latest catastrophic, meaningless Islamic bloodletting is occurring in Kyrgyzstan.  The Russians want no part of it and won’t intervene.
Who can blame them?  I’m reminded of the old Texas aphorism, “You can’t mess with shit without gettin’ it on you.“  The Russians have learned that the hard way from both Afghanistan and Bosnia.
How long will we continue to allow these murderous bullies to set back the momentumof world progress.
