Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D, MN) said that Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s “existence” a problem in an interview with CBS’ Face the Nation program.

A political analyst who asked not to be named interpreted her statements to Breaking Israel News saying: “Based on her sentiments, one can only conclude that the solution to this ‘problem’ would be for Netanyahu to cease to exist. This would mean that according to Omar, the Israeli Prime Minister would have to die. And she makes this declaration publicly. This is nothing less than a dog whistle calling for Netanyahu’s assassination.”

“I certainly hope that the people of Israel make a different decision. And my hope is that they recognize that his existence, his policies, his rhetoric really is contradictory to the peace that we are all hoping that that region receives and receives soon,” Omar told host Margaret Brennan.

Omar, a politician who introduced pro-BDS legislation in congress was denied entrance into Israel on a “fact-finding” mission along with her colleague, Rashida Tlaib (D, MI) in August.

Omar then hosted a press conference where she blasted the Netanyahu government for suppressing her freedom of expression.

Earlier this month, Breaking Israel News exposed a relationship between the government of Turkey and Ilhan Omar whereby the state-run media outlet called upon Turks to help fund Omar’s election campaign.

The Principle Of Merit Resolves Many Gender Issues

The Principle of Merit Resolves Many Gender Issues

Meritocracy is a political philosophy that holds that certain things of value, such as economic goods or governmental positions, should be vested in individuals on the basis of talent, effort, ethics and achievement, rather than factors such as heredity or wealth, sexuality, race, gender, political allegiance or age. Advancement in such a system is based on performance, as measured through examination or demonstrated achievement.

Throughout history, many attempts have been made to create structure for the conduct of organizations and nations. Most of these attempts have been failures. Only a few of these efforts have created even minimal efficacy. The scarcity of merit based decision making is rare. I suspect that merit based policies are counter intuitive and driven by embedded human psychology and corruption.

I first became aware of the need for merit based decision making because of my involvement in a scholarship program in an organization to which I belonged. Are organization has given national and global scholarships to gifted youths. The students are required to write a short essay about their goals for life, they do not need to reveal what they plan on doing with the money we provide. A committee in are organization evaluates the students essays; this committee is made up of long time educators who are very committed to proper English. Once the student’s essays are evaluated a decision is made on who receives the scholarship money.

These essays are usually very well written which makes it difficult to make a decision. We began to notice the female evaluators tend to award the scholarships to the female students and we also notice that ethnicity had influence. Students with last names that were obviously to particular cultures received scholarships from evaluators that shared that same ethnicity. Oddly, man evaluators also tended to give scholarships to females student. So, are leaders decided that are present policy was unfair. So the solution was to edit the essays prior to the time there were given to the evaluation committee. Words that designated gender or ethnicity were eliminated, and a number was assigned to each essay before the essay was given to the evaluation committee. Now these scholarships were given on merit based decisions.

This experience made me aware that are culture has many decision that are driven by gender and ethnicity rather than merit. It seemed obvious that decisions should be based on performance, Intelligence and experience. We could eliminate unfair hiring and salary by doing merit based decision making. Politicians could be chosen and paid on the bases of merit thus eliminated political corruptions. Many laws and the justice system are unfair. If legal decisions are made on the decision making merit then we could eliminate the gender bias in court decisions. There are many examples of policies that are unfair that could be corrected by merit based decision making.

BREAKING: Secret Gun Bill Is Circulating Congress, We Just Uncovered All of the Details…

BREAKING: Secret Gun Bill Is Circulating Congress, We Just Uncovered All of the Details…

The White House is reportedly moving forward to pass some restrictions on gun ownership in the wake of a series of tragic shooting incidents in Gilroy, California, El Paso, Texas, Dayton, Ohio, Odessa and Midland, Texas.

According to documents exclusively obtained by the Daily Caller, the gun bill will include expanding background checks for gun purchases, including “all commercially advertised unlicensed sales.” These include sales at gun shows.

“Background checks would be conducted either through a [Federal Firearm Licensee] or through a newly-created class of licensed transfer agents,” the handout continues, via the Daily Caller.

The handout says it is “consistent with” a legislative proposal pitched by Democrat Senator Joe Manchin and Republican Senator Pat Toomey.

The Daily Caller reports:

While all gun sales through federally licensed dealers currently require background checks, private sales do not. The Manchin-Toomey legislation would ensure that any advertised gun sales through an unlicensed dealer would be subject to a background check. It would not apply to sales between family or friends or to loans, provided the firearms are not first advertised elsewhere.

The legislation would not address straw purchases, which account for nearly half of all illegally trafficked firearms, according to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

President Donald Trump has seemingly changed his mind on expanding background checks on several occasions, first stating after shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio that he is “all in favor,” only to later assert that such measures “would not have stopped any of it.”

Nonetheless, the White House has been consistently meeting with key players in the gun debate — including pro-assault weapon ban Democrats — over the past month.
