Anonymous said...: Block 7c is place of birth of father -- nothing special there with regards to country. Child's birth location is section six, which has no country since it has to be in Hawaii.

Note also that copies of the birth certificate are not on the same form filled out by hand at birth; The certificate presented here is an original, whereas the President elect may not have a copy of his original birth certificate.; December 12, 2008 at 4:57 PM
