Did The FDA Pull A ‘BAIT-AND-SWITCH’ On The American People?

Did The FDA Pull A ‘BAIT-AND-SWITCH’ On The American People?

Republican Post

The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has said that they’ve approved the Pfizer Comirnaty Covid-19 vaccine. Note that other vaccines such as Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, and Pfizer’s Covid-19 are still under Emergency Use Authorization (EAU).

Under 21 U.S. Code 360bbb-3 (Authorization for medical products for use in emergencies), subsection (c)(3) is says:

While Comirnaty is supposedly approved, the other vaccines are still under EUA status, which isn’t legal. It violates the EUA conditions.

So, has the FDA and Pfizer baited the American people into mandating the vaccine? The federal government has been pushing businesses to require their employees and set up these “vaccine passport” style mandates to serve their people. It was an understanding that “show me your papers” was a thing from 1940’s Germany, but apparently, it’s entered the new age American economy.

Millions of healthcare workers, police officers, gas station attendants, retail workers, and others have worked through a pandemic without a vaccine and served their community well. They sacrificed their health and wellbeing to do it, and they got nothing out of it. Now, they’re getting fired from their jobs because they don’t want to get the Covid-19 vaccine. It’s the downfall of the American economy, and you can thank the Democrats for encouraging it.

No mandate is required or necessary, and if it was mandated under EUA, it’s illegal.

The Comirnaty vaccine from Pfizer isn’t exempt from liability now that it’s approved unless Pfizer can get protection under the law. That’s unlikely to happen. Comirnaty is manufactured in Germany, and it’s the same as the original Pfizer vaccine, just under a different name.

Vaccines are shown to be ineffective against the delta variant. With hundreds of millions of vaccines readily available, the Biden administration may try to mandate the vaccine, and Americans aren’t going to be happy.

If you choose to get vaccinated, that’s your choice. If someone chooses not to, that’s their choice as well. Vaccine antibody response is similar to natural antibody response regarding efficacy against Covid-19 and the new delta variant. The rise and fall of the Covid-19 infection graphs show how long antibodies last among vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals.

You have the right to refuse a vaccine at this point. If anyone tells you differently, you have the right to take it to court. Comirnaty isn’t available in the United States yet, and when it does, you should still have that option, and if you don’t make your case for antibodies from natural infection.
