The Congressional Delegations had boarded their bus when President Trump tweeted a letter denying them the aircraft they planned to travel on. The letter comes after Pelosi's request that Trump postpone the State of the Union until after the shutdown is resolved. Bret Baier reacts on 'The Daily Briefing.'
