Huma Abedin’s College Friend Was In Benghazi The Night Of The Embassy Attack

Huma Abedin’s College Friend Was In Benghazi The Night Of The Embassy Attack
by Charlie Spiering 29 Jun 2016
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s close aide Huma Abedin revealed in her testimony to the Benghazi committee that she had a friend from college who was in the city the night of the attack.

During her testimony, Abedin was asked about an October 2002 email to Secretary Clinton where she indicated that she had spoken to a friend about visiting an injured DS officer who was in Benghazi the night of the attacks.

The DS officer’s name was redacted from Abedin’s testimony, but members of Congress revealed that he had spent over a year at Walter Reed Hospital.

She confirmed for the committee that she had spoken with a friend from college who was in Benghazi the night of the attack.

“Was your friend a witness in any way to the attacks?” asked Benghazi Committee deputy chief counsel Sharon Jackson.

“I am not able to discuss that,” Abedin replied, prompting her counsel Karen Dunn to interrupt the questioning to go off the record. The committee agreed, leaving the details of her friendship hidden from the public.

When going back on the record, Abedin’s counsel requested that the committee strike the question about the friend but it was denied.

Abedin attended George Washington University and worked as an intern in the White House in 1996. She was later hired by then-First Lady Hillary Clinton.

She added that she was “pretty certain” that Clinton called the injured DS officer who was in the hospital.

All told, Abedin spent six hours testifying in front of the Benghazi committee in October of 2015. The transcripts of the interview were released this week as part of the overall Benghazi report.

Former Navy SEAL Tej Gill: ‘Hillary Clinton Killed My Friends’

Former Navy SEAL Tej Gill: ‘Hillary Clinton Killed My Friends’
by Dan Riehl 28 Jun 2016washington, DC
Former Navy SEAL Tej Gill joined Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Stephen K. Bannon Tuesday to discuss the T-shirts his organization, Project War Path, has created, which read “Hillary Clinton Killed My Friends.”

Originating with a bumper sticker, “they’ve gone viral in the SEAL community,” said Gill. “So we started making T-shirts, and we want to get the word out there what Hillary Clinton did.”

Asked if the charge was too harsh, Gill did not back down:

She literally killed my friends, Ty Woods and Glenn Doherty. I’ve known Ty since 1997 and Glen since 2003. They were both good friends. Her actions led to their deaths. By denying multiple requests for the upgraded security at the outpost, it was attacked. Terrorists just literally pushed the gate open. They flooded that compound in ten seconds, took it over, and then they got killed because of her. If that consulate would have been hardened like it should have been, none of that would’ve happened.

Gill also does not think much of the Benghazi committee, which released its report Tuesday. “No, not satisfied,” Gill replied when asked. “They talked it up like they were going to ask her some real questions, and it seemed like they basically let her off the hook.”

The shirts are available at Projectwarpath.com. Breitbart News reported on the effort Monday:

Tej Gill, a former Warfare Operator of the United States Naval Special Warfare Group who served as a Navy SEAL for 10 years with SEAL Team 5, spoke exclusively with Breitbart News about his organization Project War Path and its latest campaign, “Hillary Clinton Killed My Friends.”
