Speaker of the House John Boehner has refused to tackle the Obama eligibility question or the many transgressions of the U.S. Constitution which Obama has committed

The following letter has been sent to Speaker of the House John Boehner.

Dear Mr. Boehner,

Thank you for your response to my previous letter. You’ve listed all important activities and initiatives taken by you in Congress. I watch live translation from the House and the Senate on regular basis and am fully aware of Republican Party’s as well as your personal efforts. We highly applaud you both.

But at any given moment you must remember one of your most important obligations – to protect the Constitution of the United States – the greatest and most important document in our country.

In front of your eyes (or do you not see???) unfolds a flagrant disregard and violation of our Constitution. On April 27, 2011 Mr. Obama presented his supposedly ‘original Birth Certificate’. According to this document his father was citizen of Kenya and mother was too young to confer U.S. citizenship on Obama at birth. That means he does not meet Constitutional Requirements to serve as President and Commander-in-Chief.

I intentionally put aside any and all other alleged crimes he committed. This single violation is more than enough to start Congressional hearings and a full -cale criminal investigation.

By not taking that action you give recognition to the usurper as a President and a legitimate candidate for next election cycle. The Republican Party and you, personally, will be GUILTY and will have to take full responsibility for giving legitimacy to Obama and this Regime.

So my question is simple:

Why does the Republican Party along with Republican members of Congress, elected by American people to fight Obama’s socialist agenda as well as all Presidential Candidates avoid the eligibility Issue and do not initiate Congressional hearings with a full-scale criminal investigation immediately? What are you waiting for?

Every day that passes, with so-called President Obama in office, our nation’s fiscal health gets worse. The country is sinking down deeper and deeper. A real President of the United States leads his nation to prosperity – not to collapse. I urge you – DO NOT LET OUR COUNTRY SINK! You have a unique historical chance to do that.

In your letter you described your efforts to fight problems, created by Obama’s Regime. But there is only one way to achieve success – to fight the cause of problems, not its consequences. And you know the cause – illegal tenant in the People’s White House.

So evict him from The White House – ACT NOW!

Be advised. Little by little, one weak response or inaction at a time, the Republican Party is losing people’s support. You might not feel it from The Capitol, but I see it on the ground all around us. More and more voters are becoming disenchanted to a point of not going to the polls at all. Do not ruin our hope! Do not lose our support – ACT NOW!

The clock is ticking – ACT NOW!
