NH Reps Press Conference on Obama (In)Eligibility and NH Officials’ Crimes in Enabling it

1-3-12 1100 PT  updated- finally caught up with Larry Rappaport for this update 4:27 PM PT
Michael Miller (yes, we’re related) reports that Eight NH reps, at least three newspapers, including the Monitor and one local TV station showed up, along with a small number of ordinary citizens and an couple of Democrat Reps.
He was extremely proud of the NH State Reps, who stood up, almost alone among a handful American officials nationwide and called out the situation and perpetrators, for what they are, including the obvious usurpation of Obama and the enabling by their NH officials in helping to allow it to happen. Earlier on Tuesday, the affidavit published on this site yesterday, but filled out and signed, was served by the Reps and Mark Rosetti to employees of the AG, since officials were not available.
Rep. Larry Rappaport said the room was overflowing, with people even on the stairs. He estimated that there were ten media people and told us of the following allied NH Reps. he remembered were there:
Larry Rappaport
Lucien Vita
Carol Vita
Harry Accornero
Laurie Pettingill
Mo Villenue
Bob Kingsbury

There are quite a few more who did not want to speak out publicly at this time, as we have been told more than once. Some have allegedly been intimidated.
There were also Democrat Reps. present:
Ray Buckley, Dem Chair, who has said that the NH legislature has become a “crazy house.”
Tim Horrigan (who has been quite hostile to people complaining to him about the situation and has an absurd blog)
There may have been more.
The Reps’ attorney, Dr. Orly Taitz, was not present, but evidence of her influence was detectable by those familiar with the long eligibility struggle.
As far as the session topics, it was said to be pretty much what was in thepress release from Monday.   The AG has been asked by three NH Reps (Larry Rappaport, Carol & Lucien Vita, the original 2009 complainants) to do an investigation of the matter surrounding the illegal/unconstitutional inclusion of Obama on the ballot. Up until now, the only investigation has been on seemingly unjustified charges of “threats” allegedly made by the sponsors of today’s press conference. This is thought to be a diversionary/intimidation tactic, or at  best an overreaction to the very vocal response to the outrageous decision by the ballot commission on 11/18/.11.
One of the dozen or so people (other than Orly Taitz) who also filed a ballot challenge is now looking into filing multiple criminal charges, separately from anything that the NH Reps might pursue.
story in the Boston Globe appeared, but it might have been based on the Press Release announcing this event.
We will have edited video by tomorrow and more reports from on the scene people sooner.
The Monitor interviewed several people, including Reps, Cort Wrotowski and Michael, and took information about Obama Ballot Challenge (http://ObamaBallotChallenge.com), which is a resource to promote, facilitate and report on ballot challenges and the Article 2 PAC (http://art2superpac./com), which has a mission of educating the American Public and officials about Constitutional eligibility requirements and supporting various legal actions to help enforce it.
Folks, there you have it:  Overwhelming evidence that the man who calls himself Barack Hussein Obama has not proven he is eligible to be President of the USA. In spite of legal artifice, many believe that we do not currently have a President. Constitutionally speaking, it appears we do NOT. There is now also overwhelming evidence that New Hampshire officials, in the offices of Secretary of State, Attorney General and the Ballot Law Commission, allegedly committed multiple criminal violations of NH law, the U.S. Constitution and possibly federal elections and civil rights law (this must be further researched).  NOW, what will be DONE about it?  We won’t just fade away. There is far too much at stake- for the rule of law, for the security and well-being of our nation and its citizens, for our very Constitutional and natural rights.
