Florida Ballot Challenge Announces Legal Action
The Florida chapter of a national constitutional action organization meets in an unprecedented exploration of the ineligibility of Barack Obama to be on the ballot.
Sam Sewell, Project Manager of the Florida Ballot Challenge will be leading a discussion on the constitutional issues and announcing the details of recent legal action in Florida.  Those who support the constitutional rule of law, the general public, and the media are invited to the event.  The meeting will be held at  the Naples Park Community Center, 654 104th Ave. north, on Saturday April 21 at 1PM.  Seating is limited to 100 people so RSVP soon.  Please RSVP to or call 239-591-4565
Sewell has spearheaded efforts to assure that all candidates for President or Vice President meet the constitutional eligibility requirements.  Sewell has supported two law suits that are already filed in Florida.

Brent Batten of the Naples Daily News wrote a column on the goals and motives of Sewell and his group.  “Born in the U.S.A.? Naples man says it doesn't matter”

A nationally known lawyer has announced that he has signed on a lead attorney in a case that has been filed by a registered Democrat here in Florida.
Another individual case has been filed in Pasco County by a paralegal using a creative legal theory that has been overlooked until now.
Sewell and his team are also empowering citizen activists to file many more cases by using the“Do It Yourself” ballot challenge kit.
One citizen of Collier County has recently declared their intention to file a legal action using the “Do It Yourself Ballot Challenge Kit.”

The ballot challengers say that they are on a quest to find one honest judge who will actually rule on the real constitutional issues in their cases rather than refuse to hear cases with no explanation,  or sweep cases under the rug on some kind of procedural grounds. Iconic public interest attorney Larry Klayman came up with an idea to find the “one judge who can save America” and give an honest hearing to the issues surrounding Obama’s eligibility. Jerry Collette’s “Do It Yourself Ballot Challenge Kit” is a way for individuals all over the country to file their own ballot challenge lawsuits to help the ballot challengers find their one honest judge.

In addition to the birth certificate issue, the suits state that Obama’s father was not a U.S. citizen, a fact that does not seem to be in dispute. That fact, according to Pamela Barnett, a retired U.S. Army captain and National Director of the Obama State Ballot Challenge project, makes Obama only a native born citizen, at best, but not a natural born citizen, as required by the U.S. Constitution. Barnett said, “We have over 400 years of law, going all the way back to 1608, clearly showing what a natural born citizen is. No matter where he was born, Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen.”
Sewell referred to an article he wrote in which he stated: “An analysis of several national polls on the subject of AKA Barack Obama’s eligibility shows that about half the citizens in America are unsure or don’t believe that he is eligible to be President.  The vast majority of American citizens do not understand the constitutional eligibility requirements for President and Vice President. It makes sense that political supporters from all parties would want this issue settled. I would conclude that those opposed to releasing all of Obama’s history are frightened of the truth just like AKA Barack Obama.”

He then pointed out that President Obama, himself, said, in one of his weekly televised address to the nation in 2010, "The only people who don't want to disclose the truth are people with something to hide."
