It's Official - Marco Rubio is NOT a Natural Born Citizen

On Tuesday, Article II Super PAC provided to you, our supporters, Commander (Ret) Charles Kerchner’s May 22, 2011 post detailing why US Senator Marco Rubio is ineligible to hold office as a Republican nominee under Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the US Constitution.

Today, we provide you with a second post that provides unequivocal support to the Commander’s groundbreaking work. On August 24, 2011 Kevin Richard Powell, owner of the Pixel Patriot blog, provided the official “certified” documentation from the National Archives that clearly shows Rubio’s parents were not even citizens at the time he was born.

Marco Rubio is not now and never can be a Natural Born Citizen because his parents were not citizens at the time he was born precluding him from eligibility for President or Vice-President of the United States as set forth in the U.S. Constitution:

Article II  Section I  Clause V
"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

The main stream media and news organizations all across the country are brazen in their attempts to subvert the Constitution.  They are now completely complicit and actively engaged in undermining the rule of law by aiding and abetting a usurper to the Office of the Presidency...which is a crime.

Clearly, Mr. Rubio does not meet the natural born Citizen qualification detailed under Article II. Yet, many in the Republican leadership continue to promote him as a viable running mate for Romney. However, the Republican primary election is not over yet and no presidential candidate has announced their choice for a running mate.

So let’s get your fingers typing and flood Romney’s campaign Co- Chairman former Governor Tim Pawlenty and campaign manager Matt Rhoades with letters telling them Rubio is ineligible and be certain to provide them with the “certified” documentation from the National Archives.
