Allegations of Anti-Semitism in Ukraine

On CNN's "The Situation Room" on
Monday, CNN Chief International Correspondent Christiane Amanpour warned host Wolf Blitzer
and NYU professor Stephen
Cohen against tossing round charges of anti-Semitism put forward by
some Russian officials regarding the turmoil in the Ukraine.
“You’ve got to be really careful putting
that across as a fact,” Amanpour said. “Are you saying that the entire
pro-European Ukrainians are anti-Semites? That’s what the Russians are
saying and that’s what Professor [Steve] Cohen is saying.”
