Trump: 'Never a greater enemy to Israel than Obama'
'It's incredible the
way he treats them, the way he's speaking to them'
The small country of Israel is
surrounded by nations that have called for its destruction, but they pale as a
threat compared to President Obama, according to Donald Trump.
Appearing on “Justice with Judge Jeanine” on the Fox News
Channel, Trump blasted the administration’s “concessions” to Iran and its
relationship with the Jewish state.
“Probably, maybe from the beginning, there has never been a
greater enemy to Israel than Barack Obama. It’s incredible the way he treats
them, the way he’s speaking to them. I think he treats our known enemies much
better.” said Trump.
Pirro noted that U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice had walked out ahead of Israeli Prime Minister
Bibi Netanyahu’s speech to the global body, and an unnamed administration
official had referred to Netanyahu as “chickensh*t.”
“Why would they call him that?” asked Pirro.
Trump replied, “Look, they don’t like him and they don’t
like Israel … [Obama's] the worst thing that has ever happened to Israel. Now
what’s going to happen is, the way it’s going, Iran will have a nuclear weapon.
And it’s very close. As soon as that happens it’s a whole new ball game.”
“Where’s the United States in that ball game?” asked Pirro.
“I don’t think we have any idea what’s going on,” answered
Trump, saying the country was poorly run.
Trump criticized the current U.S. bombing program against
ISIS, saying its primary beneficiaries are Iran and Syria.
Pirro closed out her interview with a focus on the 2016 presidential race.
Trump praised Mitt Romney but said he had run and lost and
shouldn’t run again. As to a Jeb Bush candidacy, “We’ve had enough Bushes,”
said Trump.
