I would love to see a copy of the original Kenyan constitution. Various sites have "quoted" from it; that the Constitution (as written in 63) does refer to Kenya as "The Republic of Kenya", vice "The Commonwealth", or "The Dominion". If a verifiable copy of said Constitution could be found, that states "The Republic", than at least this particular "quibble" (as to the Taitz document) would be somewhat closer to being legitimized. (One could than assume, government agents or agencies, would refer to "The Republic of Kenya" as per their Constitution, vice whatever nebulous state they were in between Dec of 63 to Dec 64.
In any case, verification needs to be done, one way or another.
