Former Chicago mayor Daley hospitalized

Former Chicago mayor Richard Daley is in the hospital Saturday after
falling ill.
Daley, 71, was admitted to the intensive
care unit of Northwestern Memorial Hospital on
Friday, according to local media reports.
He fell ill after returning to Chicago from a business trip in Arizona.
The former official served as mayor from
1989 until 2011 before being succeeded by former Obama cheif of staff Rahm Emanuel.
