The glass wall is starting to crack.

On Tuesday, Bret Baier on Fox News reported on Major Cook who refused orders to go to Afghanistan due to the fact that Obama may not be a legitimate Commander-In-Chief.
He also said there are dozens of lawsuits out there claiming the same thing.

Now, that is big when you consider the fact that Fox News has been pretty mum on the whole eligibility issue.

The latest news concerning the lawsuit is that Major Cook’s order to report to duty has been REVOLKED. It looks like the Military totally took a time-out and caved in. As an ex-military person I totally agree with Major Cook that the chain-of-command is broken with Obama. I don’t agree that the Military should turn tail and run. This is really bad and can only get worse. The men in uniform must know, without hesitation, that the chain-of-command is the final law. What is this, the NEW AGE of the American fighting machine? Let’s tell the enemy before we fire (Obama’s Afghanistan rules of engagement) or let’s tell the troops they can go home if they don’t want to play. I am sure the Russians and the Chinese are laughing their asses off at our Military and Obama right now. I am sorry to say that I am losing respect for some or our high-level Brass right now. I never thought I would hear myself say that.

Today, in New York City, WOR-AM (770), CNN’s Lou Dobbs hosted a 2-hour program discussing the Major Cook lawsuit and the Judge Carter ruling in California. From what I can tell the callers were really stoked up. Orly Taitz, Alan Keyes and some other notables were on the show..

One of our Jury members, Finbarr in New York, heard the whole thing, recorded it and posted the following in our Forum:

Dobbs said, “This makes no sense.” He said he spoke with Illinois officials who have told him that there is no check on citizenship in Illinois for running for state senator, or US Senator. He says “This is crazy!”

Orly Taitz has been talking to him [Dobbs] for about ten minutes. Orly is a little bit wound up but she is fairly clear. He began talking about the COLB. Dobbs said he was looking at it on the Internet, at that moment. He said, Taitz is right, there is no proof of anything in this document. Taitz said, There are several incidents of fraud in the document. Dobbs did not dispute her. She asked Dobbs: Did you know that in Hawaii anyone born anywhere could get such a document in HI at that time? He answered, in a non-defensive way, No, I did not. Dobbs asked Taitz, If Obama did show a birth certificate, would that satisfy you? Taitz said, “Absolutely no way. He is NOT a natural born citizen.” Dobbs has just said, Look, I have gone way long in this segment, can you hang on?

Dobbs then started talking calls, lots of calls:

His first call, a man, Neill Turner, in CA who is a reserve officer and an elector in CA who is involved in one of the cases. The man is saying, If I was ordered back to service I could not go. The guy continues: I have read all Taitz’s 150 pages, which have been served to all 50 states. He is illegal. Turner just said, American Grand Jury has indicted Obama for fraud and treason and I have served these presentments to Sarah Palin.

Wow! Neil has been busy these past few days. For those of you that don’t know, Neil Turner is a retired Captain in the Air Force and one of our members that served on the Super Jury in late June. Just this past week he served the Presentments on Governor Sarah Palin in Alaska.
