AIPAC has 'serious concerns' with Iran deal

One of Washington’s most prominent pro-Israel groups expressed concerns Monday about the agreement to curb Iran’s nuclear program.

In a memo, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) said sanctions passed by Congress have helped bring Iran to the negotiating table. But the group said the terms of the initial deal, which is intended to lead to a more permanent accord in six months, are worrisome.
