Inez Tenenbaum, the head of the Consumer Product Safety Commission, will join the law firm Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough on Dec. 1. She is
leaving the role after serving since 2009. At the firm, she will work within
its product safety, risk prevention and regulatory practice. Tenenbaum oversaw
the completion of 50 safety rules at the agency following the Consumer Product
Safety Improvement Act.
