World Hunger Program
Hunger is a global crisis. One child dies every six seconds
from hunger-related causes, and more than one billion people are going hungry
every day.
Taco Bell and
other Yum!
Brand Restaurants across the
globe join forces each year to support World Hunger Relief. It's a month-long
global campaign to raise awareness and funds to help feed the hungry.
Participating Taco Bell and Yum! restaurants set fundraising
goals and organize teams to track their progress on weekly basis. Restaurant
teams that reach specific fundraising goals are rewarded with gift cards and
cash prizes.
Everybody wins! The money raised supports the United
Nation's World
Food Programme (WFP). The WFP is
the largest food relief agency in the world, serving more than 91 countries.
